  • How do I recover my login details as i have forgotten my password?

    To receive your login password details back, Click on the “Forgot Password” button on the login page. Enter the valid email address of the registered account. Here you will get the new password via email. You can use the password to login your account on Skyevo.in website. For security reasons, we strongly recommend changing the new password immediately (go to ‘My Account’ after you’ve logged in and follow the procedures thereon.

  • Want to change the details or profile info, how to proceed?

    You have to login the skyevo.in website and then click on the my account option appearing at the top of the page. You can proceed to change all the basic details you have provided according to your convenient ability.

  • What is the procedure to view the history of my orders?

    For knowing about the previous orders, you can go to the my account option. You can view all the previous orders on this page.

  • How long it will take to deliver the order?

    It will take maximum of 4- 5 business days to deliver the ordered products.

  • What is the process of the order delivery?

    We will send your order through an independent courier service. They will dispatch in time depending on the item and size of the order.

  • If I was not present at the given address or busy, then how will I fetch my order?

    Since the delivery is by an independent courier service, the delivery executives will reattempt delivery up to two times, after which they will return the parcel back to their depot. However the first attempt of delivery will be made without calling you but the second attempt will be made after calling you and confirming time frame of delivery.

  • Is it possible to track my order after it has been dispatched?

    Yes, Once your order is dispatched, we will email you the details of the courier along with your shipment details and/or a tracking link. You just need to follow the link and track your order

  • My parcel has been returned back to the delivery depot, what do I do now?

    Please contact us with the details of your order so that we can liaise with the delivery company to get your order redelivered.

  • What is the process of payment and how do I have to pay for the order?

    It is very easy to pay for the order by the use of credit/debit card/net-banking or by Cash-on-Delivery. The quickest way for your order to be processed is to place an order online and pay by credit/debit card or by Cash-on-Delivery.

  • How can I change the delivery address for my placed order?

    You can directly contact or email our support team with the new details or address. Send it soon for order updation. Once it is dispatched it is hard to change the delivery address.

  • I have to replace the items in order, how to change?

    If you need to change anything on your order after submitting the payment, please email us with the order number and the items you would like to change on your order as soon as possible. We will attempt to make the necessary changes although this is not always possible if the items have already been produced / dispatched.

  • Is it possible to cancel my order?

    It is possible to cancel or change the order by sending a quick email before dispatching. Dispatched order cannot be cancelled However, you could initiate returns in such a case.

  • If I want to add more items to my current order, what do it do?

    Before dispatching the order, you can add more items to the current order. We will attempt to take payment from the original payment card, however it may be necessary for us to contact you to take payment if any details have changed. Please be aware that if you add additional items to your order, it may delay the dispatch of the whole order as we aim to dispatch all items together.

  • What is the product return or exchange criteria?

    You can return any items to us within 7 days of delivery for either a refund or exchange by contacting our dedicated support team. You will have to have your order details handy, when you call us. Please allow up to 10 working days for us to process the return, and remember to indicate whether you require a refund or replacement in a different size/colour.

  • When and how I will get my return?

    Please allow up to 10 working days after receipt of your item to process any refunds. Where the original payment was made by credit / debit card we will refund any amount to the original card that was used. Where an order was paid for by cash on delivery, refunds will be made by bank transfer / cheques.
